All things are moving in the right direction. The road to Tulu – which passes through our nearby village of El Palmar Arriba is being fixed by the Ministry of Public works.
The first real fix in over 10 years so that’s a wonderful development. This will halve the time to pass the 3.8 km stretch of road from the main asphalted road (Via a las Minas) at El Jaquito to the side road that leads to our property.
The road to our property has also undergone some repairs but this was done with local funding. In raining season a 4WD is still recommended but in the dry season it’s quite OK.
